You control what leaves your device.

Core RSS use does not require an account, iCloud sync, or an AI service.

Keep activity local

RSS subscriptions, articles, Focus Cards, reading history, and AI summaries are stored on the device and retained for 90 days by default. iCloud sync is not enabled.

Choose whether to use BYOK AI

Do not configure an AI endpoint if you do not want to transmit content to an AI provider. BYOK sends the Focus question, your prompt, selected articles, and source URLs, but not your full subscription list. Your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain.

Delete data

You can delete app content and AI endpoint settings, or delete the app to remove local data. FocusRSS provides no accounts, so there is no separate account-deletion request.

Analytics and advertising choices

FocusRSS uses no analytics or crash reporting, and this website uses no tracking cookies or advertising. There is no related opt-out switch.
